Are the jewelry waterproof?

Yes! Most of our jewelry are waterproof. However, water and especially salt water, may have an negative impact on the appearance/surface of 925 silver, some colored glass beads and some of the Nylon cords.

What metals do you use?

We only use solid precious metals such as 925 silver, 14k and 18k Solid gold and Platinum 950.

Do you use real diamonds?

Yes! For our Regular jewelry we use diamonds with WSI quality. The black diamonds are color treated black.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

We make 99% of the jewelry ourselves and most of them are made after your order is placed.

This allows us to customize and offer many different sizes, colors and other requests.

But, it also means your order can take longer depending on how many and what pieces you order.

You can always contact us first to get an estimated time frame.

Is shipping free?

Depending on your total order value, shipping might be free or reduced. Before you check out you will see all different shipping options for your location.

Is there any warranty?

Yes, there is a 1 year warranty on all our jewelry.

Most of our jewelry will hold for many years, but some jewelry like the Nylon cord bracelets might need to change nylon cord due to faded color or wear and tear.

Also bracelets on elastic cord might need to redone after a few years due to loss of elasticity.

Do you make any custom jewelry?

Yes, we do a lot of custom made pieces. Anything from a simple nylon cord bracelet to more advanced rings and pendants.

Do you make the jewelry in Sweden?

We put everything together here in Sweden in our own workshop.

Most of the parts are made by us but we do have some materials coming from other countries.

We have been working with the same small independent workshops from Bali and Hong Kong since 2012. They help us out with some parts in silver and also provides us with 3D printed wax-models that we use when we do casting in our own workshop in Sweden.

Do you sell worldwide?

Yes, we sell and offer worldwide shipping.
