All payments are handled by PayPal. Paypal can be used even though you don’t have a paypal account of your own. You can simply use your credit card, just follow the steps from paypal while checking out.

Oskar Gydell never store or transfer any credit card information. Oskar Gydell use an external payment gateway, PayPal and PayEx, for e-commerce. PayPal and PayEx handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

For prices you can choose SEK (kr) or USD. However, all payments will be done in SEK (kr).
All our products are shipped from Sweden, so delivery time will differ slightly depending on where you live, how many products ordered and what kind of products ordered. Please contact us if you have any questions and we can help you with the estimated delivery time.
Utmost care are taken when packaging your orders, but accidents do happen. In such case, please contact us and we’ll try to assist you.
Return and exchange policy
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. If you simply want to return the item/items for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow. Customers within EU may choose their own preferred method of returning the product. Returns made due to Vat, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All products orded from the website can, within 14 days of delivery, be returned or exchanged unless stated. All shipping handling expenses are paid by the customer. This means that our expenses for shipping will not be refunded (from 130 SEK on orders outside of Sweden). Please note, this only applies to unused products.
Custom orded bracelets are not refundable. (Please note that almost all gold and diamond jewelry are custom made or made after order)
We will NOT refund any bank fees. This is usually 4 – 5% if the payment has been made via PayPal and 60 SEK if the payment has been made via bank transfer.
Please measure your wrist tight before choosing size. Most bracelets are adjustable, this means you can make them bigger for a looser fit.
If the product don’t fit, you can exchnage to a different size for free. Additional shipping and hanling apply.
All products goes through a quality control before being shipped.
We do not recommend you to swim, shower or sport with your jewelry since it might shorten the life spand of it.
Our nylon cord based jewelry might change its appearance over time. These can be redone at any time for a miner fee of 300 SEK plus shipping.
Oxidized jewelry will change appearance over time. However this can be reoxidized at any time.
Our gold Miyuki beads are gold plated glass beads. This means that they will most likely fade or loose its color over time. We do not recommend you to swim/shower or sport in these bracelets.
Oskar Gydell needs to acquire certain information about you for our business. The information that you submit is used and saved by us in order to fulfil the obligations we have towards you, our customer, and to be able to contact you with certain information that has been requested by you. The personal information that may come into question is those that you directly or indirectly submit when establishing a contact with us.
The information that we retrieve are name, address, phone number and email address. We need these to be able to fulfil our obligations towards you. You are free to choose if you wish to leave information about yourself or not. We are the only ones handling your information, and in those cases we rely on a third party to fulfil an agreement with you, they will be able to handle your information as well. We intend to store and handle your information as long as you are a customer with us, or as long as you wish to receive information or offers from us.
You have, according to the law, right to obtain knowledge of what personal information we store and how we store it, pertaining to your person. You also have the right to correct any personal information we have on file pertaining to you. You also have the right to, at any point in time, be deleted from all our records. If you feel that we have handled your personal information wrongfully, you have the ability to hand in a complaint to us and to the governing authorities.
